This has been the week that the camera forgot. I took very few pictures, and most of the ones I did take have already been posted. But here are a couple more from the bunny-towel photo shoot.
Dang is she cute!!! ;o)
Tracey asked “What little slice of heaven do you have to share this week?” Well, my girl is my heaven. Heaven is in the little every day moments…if only I slow down and appreciate them.
Now start your week off right and visit the hub of Best Shot Mondays for more slices of heaven!
Oh, and one more thing for all you photo folks…I’ve noticed that anytime I crop or make certain other edits to a photo, it strips my Exif data. It does this whether I save as a new file or over the top of the original. I’m working with Photoshop Elements 2.0. Got any ideas why this is happening, or what I can do to stop it?? Thanks!

Wow. I wish I could take photos like these. Your daughter is beautiful, and the black-and-white photo especially is amazing – those sparkling eyes!
Thanks for sharing.
as always, nadia is adorable & the photos do, indeed, sparkle! as to your question, go on flicker to the D80 group. i’m pretty sure i remember someone asking that question before (i just don’t remember the answer
…
i got no advice for photoshop, but yes, she is adorable. i really love both of these photos – they feel very real.
Love the cheeky grin on her face in the second one but I think the first one is my favorite. The lighting is wonderful and that bunny towel is just sooooo adorable !! I love that you can see it’s face in the first one !
Lovely as always, Christina.
Don’t know if this will about at the data:
Exif data

I can see why little Nadia is your heaven! Those eyes just draw you in and make your heart stop. Beautiful photos, Christina!
I think these are some of my favorites that you have done in quite a while, Christina. That last one – wow!
Darling!
Do you shoot in raw? I’m still learning all this photography jardon.
meant to say… jarGon.
Trying to type while juggling a toddler is not easy. LOL!
I love this set of photos…so adorable!! And thanks for putting that song in my head, because REALLY?? I don’t hear it enough at home.
Sorry, I can’t help you on the exif data thing. Maybe it’s the color profile you are saving in???
Amazing photos!
Ahhh, now I want a bunny towel.
Congratulations, you are one of the winners of my bloggy giveaway thingy for my 1000th post!!
*HUGS*
I love these photos… I just read the link that Melody A had.. and seems complicated, but looks like the only way out? I use photoshop too.
Forget your niece. M and I want gorgeous Nadia to come over to play!
Those are MAGAZINE pics… as in the ad for Johnson and Johnson or Aveeno or some super high-priced baby product.
cute… I love that towel.
OMG she is totally adorable I love the pictures, the “look” is amazing!
wow, she is just gorgeous. my kiddo loves his elephant towel…he runs around the house with it on his head and flowing behind…i think i’ll have to take some pics of it!:-)
You took the words from me already by saying “Dang she is cute!!!”
great shots as always. I just love her curls!
Dang yeah she’s cute! I adore these shots…the first is my fave. Frame it.
I’ll have to look and see if that ever happens for me in Photoshop CS3.
I’m not sure what would make that happen, I wonder if you can make that a preference NOT to happen.
OMG..those photos are amazing…and what a subject..just gorgeous!

The Egel Nest
PS I apologize for my absentee blog visitation…the beautiful wife just got back into town tonight…and it was very busy in the nest!
I thought I had commented, apparently not. I guess I got lost in the whole thought of Exif files and then went back to work.
I love this series of photos! You just get better and better!
The camera didn’t get picked up here much either this week.
Is exif the meta data? Date etc? If so, my old ACDC does the same thing but always warns me it’s going to do it. Have you tried copying the original and working on the copy so you still have all your data on the original shot? Sorry if this is not even close to the mark. You know how pathetic I am about all these things…
btw: That first shot is superb. I LOVE the way you’ve got rid of the background so she just glows out of the photo like a little star.
amazing! she really is a little slice of heaven and you take fabulous pictures.
