Anyone who’s been following along with me the last few weeks has no doubt picked up on the fact that I’m enamored with textures. I love them almost as much as life itself. Well, perhaps that’s a bit mellodramatic, but the point is, I love them a lot. So when Stacy announced texture as today’s theme, well, that made me pretty darn happy!
So here’s a recent photo of Nadia with some texture. She was standing at the backdoor watching the rain fall. Believe it or now, it was taken at about noon…but it was so dark out that the glass worked as a mirror.

I’m likin’ the reflection as much as the texture. Nice job.

i LOVE the reflection! So cool. what textures did you use on it? i like the “grunge” border – i was looking for one of those the other day!

love the reflection & the texture! i really like those “frame-type” textures that add most around the outer portion of the picture.

I love this one, especially the heart on her cheek, but also great job with the textures, you look like a pro already!

Beautiful picture. I love the reflection and the little red heart on her cheek is so adorable. The frame and the scratched look work so well with this image. Nice job.

I think my favorite part of the shot is the stunning reflection – but I agree with Stacy, the texture really adds something to it overall. Wow!

I LOVE this shot !!! And what you’ve done with it. You are really good at this ol’ texture thing !! What texture did you use on this and how did you get the edges to look all “chewed” like that ?
